How do I pay for FaithGuard in Kenya?
With M-Pesa. Choose a plan, enter your Safaricom number and you will receive a Lipa na M-Pesa prompt on your phone. Enter your PIN and your subscription is active. Prices are in Kenyan shillings, from KES 499/month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every family gets 7 days free with no payment needed to start. Pay with M-Pesa whenever you are ready to keep protection on.
Which devices does FaithGuard work on?
Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, Windows laptops, and your home Wi-Fi router so every device in the house is covered, including visitors.
Does it work on mobile data as well as Wi-Fi?
Yes. Once the app is installed, filtering works on Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom data bundles, on home fibre and on any Wi-Fi network.
Can my church or school get FaithGuard for many families?
Yes. Our partner programme gives churches and Christian schools group pricing, a rollout plan for youth and family ministries, and support for the ministry. Request a demo and we will walk you through it.
What happens to my data?
FaithGuard filters content on the device and only keeps the activity summaries you see in your family dashboard. We follow the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, and never sell family data.
How does M-Pesa payment work?
Choose a plan and enter your Safaricom number. A Lipa na M-Pesa prompt appears on your phone; enter your PIN to confirm. Your plan is active immediately and you get an M-Pesa receipt by SMS.
Is the subscription automatic?
No. M-Pesa payments are prepaid, so you are never charged without confirming on your phone. We remind you by SMS and email a few days before your plan ends.
Can I pay with a card or bank transfer instead?
M-Pesa is the payment method on the Kenya portal today. Churches and schools on group plans can pay by bank transfer; ask us when you request a demo.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Prepaid time stays active until the end of the period you paid for and you will not be charged again.
